I asked staff to cancel my membership on December 22, 2024 and they are Still withdrawing $50 from my account every month and it’s now August 2, 2025, I cannot get these people to answer the phone… I don’t even live in Fort Worth anymore.. Worst customer service… Does anybody have a number to contact that actually answers???
I can’t get them to cancel my membership. I’ve been up there and they tell me to come back and I can’t do it online. Very annoying. I’ve been getting charged 3999 for a year now.
I have canceled my membership before due but they still charge me again. And they said that they are not able to refund it back
They got some vacuums that will suck your heart out
