Had a great experience at Star Express on Chapel Creek! The machine wouldn't read my card, and the assistant manager, Larry Robinson, jumped right in to help. He was patient, friendly, and got everything sorted out quickly without making me feel rushed or frustrated. It's rare to get service this attentive these days. Thanks to Larry and the team — I'll definitely be back!
I drove up with a dirty car. I saw the sign stating $1 for the first month on any membership, good offer. The lady was polite and I gave her what she needed, payment and phone number. I chose my plan, paid, and drove through. My car came out clean. What more could you ask for really? They even have vacuums if you need them. All in all an excellent experience.
