I’ve been coming to Star Express Car Wash almost every weekend because I normally have a good experience here. Unfortunately, today was completely different. When I arrived, I ended up waiting about 20 minutes before anyone even attempted to come over and assist me. Apparently, they were having an issue with the tire shine, and it took nearly 20 minutes for them to fix it. I understand that equipment can have problems, but there was very little communication or acknowledgment of the customers
This place has a lot of red flags. Red flags are never wrong. Will not go back..
Poor hostel service- denied service for stock truck which previously washed multiple times. Refuses to look up history with previous out of state plate for reference. Canceling other memberships for my other vehicles. Club Car Wash here we come!
Very nice employees. I love getting my car washed here. My son and daughter have never had a complaint about this business and like to get their cars washed here as well.
Man it’s such a bummer that the place has decided to try and nickel and dime everybody. At first it was a $5 buck basic wash, bumped to $8 bucks, the removed totally so now the cheapest is a $10 deluxe wash. But don’t worry they added a $25 graphene wash to make up for getting rid of the basic. I was coming up every week for my wife and I cars to wash and get a vacuum. The facility is nice, the window and interior cleaner is great, but there are other places that offer the same for cheaper. I may still come out of connivence... read more
