I'm not understanding these reviews. This is a great car wash. I've never had scratches on my cars or issues with monthly payments. You can visit once a day if you're a member. Some of these bad reviews seem fake. I've never once had an issue in the 10 months I've been going here. If you go more than twice a month, get a membership. It's the same price as two individual visits and once you're a member, you can go everyday if you want. On to the bad reviews here....correlation doesn't equal causation. I needed to stop my membership while my car was in the shop. I was told they cancelled it, and then a few days later they charged my card. I was told to reach out to the owner who said they don’t do refunds. Now, I’m having to dispute the charge with my bank because I did not authorize this because I had already cancelled. It has been such a pain. My plan was to renew membership once I get my car back, but I think I’ll be going elsewhere since they don’t care about their customers or even try to fix a problem.
