The key to our Honda generator was misplaced. Star Equipment LTD at Ames Iowa was very helpful and supplied us with a replacement key and literally saved our butts!
I would leave nothing. We rented as residential customers for a weekend, we were told that we would have 12 hours on the equipment. We got 5 hours before it was empty. Not anyone at Star mentioned what diesel type the equipment took but also no one at Star gave us any information that we have to fill the equipment up before returning it. During a call the manager stated that it’s stated on the documents we had to return the machine in the same condition, including fuel.
