It has been a nightmare working with this company. We signed the contract in January, 2022. Got off to a good start. Replaced the roof in April 2022 and Star got panel roof mounts installed by June 2022. That made the project "panel ready" and per contract, we paid 85% of the total job cost. Since June 2022, still no panels! We've had nothing but lies and lame excuses for 10 months. We count at least 45 dates that we were scheduled for panel installation, all cancelled.
