The technicians did an excellent job taking off my solar panels before I got a new roof. They were professional, polite, and easy to work with when scheduling the panel removal. Star Enrg made this whole process as stress-free as possible since my original system installer went out of business. I would definitely recommend this company to others.
We contracted with Star Enrg in Nov 2022 and like many of the negative rating, after many promises of installation, it took over 9 months to complete my job and get the system operational. After a year of operation, we noted that the system was not producing the promised amount of energy...in fact, it was less than 70% of the targeted production.
