Extremely effective! Technician was very kind and humble and provided me with advice on which panels and where I should install the panels. Am really impressed. Will definitely recommend to all my friends.
The technicians did an excellent job taking off my solar panels before I got a new roof. They were professional, polite, and easy to work with when scheduling the panel removal. Star Enrg made this whole process as stress-free as possible since my original system installer went out of business. I would definitely recommend this company to others.
We contracted with Star Enrg in Nov 2022 and like many of the negative rating, after many promises of installation, it took over 9 months to complete my job and get the system operational. After a year of operation, we noted that the system was not producing the promised amount of energy...in fact, it was less than 70% of the targeted production. It has been a nightmare working with this company. We signed the contract in January, 2022. Got off to a good start. Replaced the roof in April 2022 and Star got panel roof mounts installed by June 2022. That made the project "panel ready" and per contract, we paid 85% of the total job cost. Since June 2022, still no panels! We've had nothing but lies and lame excuses for 10 months. We count at least 45 dates that we were scheduled for panel installation, all cancelled.
