I honestly wish that I can give zero stars! My Mother put a item on layaway, in the beginning the owner made it seem like she had time to pay off her item,( she thought they had a good repor) as if there were flexible, ( the owner was flirting with my mom, he even asked her out... Owner was very rude and unprofessional towards us. He gave us a deal to later go back on his word and give us the wrong merchandise we had agree upon from the beginning. Associates back talked to my boyfriend saying the merchandise wasn’t there and didn’t want to help him out when he got there. When I called to ask what the return policy was he yelled at me saying there was no refunds and yelled the word N O ! like 5 times. The ring we chose is not the same as the one we got in return.
