I called several times last week for an update but never received a call back. When I called today, Ara at the front desk was very rude and even hung up on me when I tried to ask a question. This was very unprofessional. I honestly don’t understand how someone with that attitude can represent their office.

Star Dental Practice exceeded my expectations! The team was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. The office was clean and efficient, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. They explained everything clearly and took great care of me. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality dental care in Carmichael!
Do not even bother trying to find this place hidden in the corner. Dentist did horrible job. I complained and asked for specialist to correct botched Dentist work. I called back for an update and office assistant (REFUSED to give name) said “Oops, I filed the paperwork a day after the last day to file for a specialist referral. Now you have to call this phone number. I was driving and asked if she could email that information to me. She replied, “No! It’s just a phone number!
