Star Dental Practice exceeded my expectations! The team was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. The office was clean and efficient, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. They explained everything clearly and took great care of me. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality dental care in Carmichael!
Do not even bother trying to find this place hidden in the corner. Dentist did horrible job. I complained and asked for specialist to correct botched Dentist work. I called back for an update and office assistant (REFUSED to give name) said “Oops, I filed the paperwork a day after the last day to file for a specialist referral. Now you have to call this phone number. I was driving and asked if she could email that information to me. She replied, “No! It’s just a phone number! Dr. Nand and his staff could not have been more pleasant and patient with me. I had some issues dealing with insurance and they were trying to help me figure out the issue (it was obviously the insurances fault). They helped keep me calm and optimistic with their positive attitudes. I no longer dread going to the dentist.
Hello I would like to share my experience i had with Dr Nard at Star Dental in Carmichael. I first want to say I was treated at the front desk with a friendly greeting by the receptionist . I found Dr. Nard to be very professional and trustworthy in his profession. His concern and support to help me with my teeth was perfect.
