I absolutely LOVE Dr. K. Etemadi! I came to him after having dental work done elsewhere that was painful and just didn’t feel like it had been done correctly. What a difference! My review is for the kind, responsible and easy going dental assistant manager Robin who's treated her clients and everyone so well. She called me many times but I missed the calls, but she didn't give up to help me, instead she tried different ways to make me back to their dental office. So I was there today and I will keep on going with the office workers until my new teeth replaced perfectly!
It was a waste of my time. If I would have known that I needed something signed based on a medication that should have been made known previous to me paying for a ride there paying for a ride back and wasting my time and a day off work. I just found out from my new dentist that when they did my extraction they damaged my nasal cavity so I have to get bone grafts in order to get implants which is going to cost me an extra three grand. I was never afraid of the dentist until I went here.
Very professional and thorough. Nice staff and a caring doctor.
