We were greeted with a warm smile by all staff members behind the desk (3 total staff members). Although we arrived early for our appointment, my daughter was promptly called in to see the Orthodontist. The staff was friendly and made her orthodontic procedure very positive. My daughter ENJOYS going to the Orthodontist/Dentist because she knows it will be a positive and fun experience.
My son is just under 2 years old and it was a good experience overall - the waiting area is filled with things to do for children of all ages and the entire environment was great.I was a little frustrated to give my insurance information over the phone when I made the appointment, and to make sure they accepted my insurance only to find out when I arrived at the office that I was out of network. I would have appreciated a phone call to let me know so I could have found an in-network provider.
I am more than pleased with our experience here. So happy that I finally found a place for my kids that make them feel better about going to see the dentist. Amazing staff, atmosphere, Everyone is so caring and accommodating. I can't say enough about Funtastic! Thank you
Very kid friendly for all ages of kids.
My 7-year-old daughter had never had any dental work before when they told us she needed a tooth pulled because it was an extra tooth, along with sealant for her 4 molars. She was understandably scared, but everyone was so friendly and the tooth was out before she even knew it! She was happy to have "bubblegum gas" and I was happy they didn't knock her out completely like I've heard about some other dentists. She didn't flinch at all.
Great service and friendly, knowledgeable staff! Our daughter loves going here!
