This office is always amazing. Attentive and friendly. Makes my boys feel comfortable when at the dentist office.
As River's mom, I truly appreciate the care given to my son yesterday. This is his first real dental experience and the first time he needed a dental procedure. Everyone is very professional and River was relaxed and said he didn't feel anything! I have two older daughters who didn't have good experiences with dentists so I am pleased to have found a children's dentistry program that is more suited to young kids. The staff, and dentist were amazing and so polite. I loved them. I will definitely be bringing my son back, it is the the little drive.
I was impressed by Bernie who welcomed us as first time patients and gave us a tour and explained the office workings. Our dental assistant was great with my son who was apprehensive. The DDS was ok; I think he was a little preoccupied with a patient who was having issues before we arrived. The entire office staff communicated well, was receptive and informative. I am very satisfied with the way the staff and doc attended to my child. It was an emergency, pop up visit. And my child, I feel, were in the best hands.
My son just had his first visit. The staff was really friendly and helpful. My son was a little hesitant about going to the dentist but the way they explained everything to him. It made him feel more comfortable and relaxed. He came out of the office saying best dentist ever!!
Everyone was kind and professional. My son is 4 and it was his first time at the dentist and he had an amazing first experience. It's fun for kids and the staff continuously helps ease the worries of nervous parents. I know they have paved the way to a great dental future!
Dr. Sanchez was wonderful, she explained everything thoroughly to my child. This made the experience smooth and simple.
