staff is pleasant, greeted with professionalism and promptness with the appointment; suggesting next time a patient is new on a procedure to be less repetitive, the child is already a little nervous because it's first time and (although all kids are different) possibly asking them if they understand the procedure or if they know about what's going to happen may help ease anxiety ....

I really loved our experience here, they are very nice and they helped me a lot when my two year old got upset and I was caring my 1 and half y/o., they were able to get him to laugh and he was more cooperative.. the dentist was very nice and patient with both of my kids, and my 2 y/o was asking me for her after our visit, he really liked her.Hands down, best place for kids!Loved it!
