Appt was on time-Great. The staff is friendly-Great. Dr Sanchez is the best...thorough, takes time with parent to explain in detail & answer questions. Wonderful manner with kids.
My sons hygienist has been amazing! She chats with him to make him feel comfortable and she adds a family feel which dental offices desperately need.
This appointment involved several as pecks transitioning from Invisalign to regular. Races for my son a long time but efficient. They applied the braces then educated him then moved out regular appt from the next day to right after, cleaning X-rays and then sealant about 2.5 hrs later we were out and he only missed 2 classes at school!!
We are very happy with Ayden's dentist and the nurses here, they're really nice, patient, supportive.Try they're best to make him feel comfortable and while treating him there were other members of the staff watching and playing with his baby sister so I could be with him.And when I have any questions they give me the answers, they try to make sure to explain everything to me and I really appreciate that.My little ones love their dentist and the staff.They always get excited when they know we're going to the dentist.Overall,... read more
My 9 year old loves coming to the dentist!Everyone is wonderful, the front desk, assistant and dentist.
I love this place for my kids. My kids are always excited about the dentist and aren't afraid. I believe it's due to the staff who literally explain to the kids what they're doing or are going to do step by step so they know what to expect.
Hands down the kindest staff and doctors. This place is a fine tuned machine! Efficient, great communication of benefits and treatment plans for kids. They talk to the kids about the best way to care for their teeth. I could keep going on and on...they made a lifetimer out of me because of the wonderful people (literally ever single one) and their process! Don't change a thing!
First of all, we were greeted very nicely by the front staff as soon as we opened the door. After turning in our paperwork, a nice lady came and gave our daughter a very nice backpack cause it was her first visit. During our appt, Joselyn and Dr. Duong were extremely patient with our daughter. She is 2 and didn't really understand what was happening, but they were so patient, kind, and friendly that it made my husband and I feel comfortable.
