This was my first Cryotherapy experience and I loved it! I too hate the cold and ice baths after workouts for me are practically impossible for me to stay in one long enough to gain any real benefit. The staff were extremely helpful and informative; I felt confident, comfortable, and in good hands the entire time. They are focused on safety, yet make the experience fun and enjoyable. First time doing Cryotherapy. I hate the cold and absolutely refuse to do ice baths. This was doable. Felt really good afterwards, looking forward to going again soon.
The whole staff was very knowledgeable and professional! I feel great after just one session. Will definitely do this a couple times per week.
