Amazing place with the most awesome machine to help w my Fibromyalgia. Been there 5 times and the staff is friendly and professional!! The inside is clean and quaint and just love it there!!

I was skeptical going in for the first time but having done it, I definitely believe in the therapeutic effects of cryotherapy. Would recommend for pain relief and de-stressing.
I love cryotherapy! I instantly felt more energized and less brain fog. Donna was so sweet and explained everything. Great place to try and so many health benefits by doing cryo! Highly recommend!
