Such a great experience and the owner is so cool and personable, I’m definitely hooked! I’ve only been twice so far but the 3 min of cold is worth the reduction in my knee pain.

This was my first experience with cryotherapy and it was an amazing experience. Donna explained everything perfectly so there were not any surprises. I am not good with cold either but she helped me do level 2 for 3 minutes! I am a chronic pain sufferer so I am hoping this will help me in the long run as well. I would highly recommend Donna and her business. Hopefully next time I will be able to meet the namesake Star! 🐾
