World Class Las Vegas Carpet Cleaning Star Chem-Dry has been cleaning my carpets for over 10 years now. I can't say enough good things about them. Each and every time they come out to do our carpet cleaning they are on time and professional. They now clean over half of our neighborhood.
poor owner and employee attitude We let an employee in our house to start work and he stated it was okay for our dog to be around. He then left the front door and front gate open while getting his equipment. This let our pet run out of the house and he did not even attempt to help get the pet back into the house. Poor service and management service – Had a very poor experience with service at my home. Attempted to discuss this with the owner who continually attempted to protect his employee rather than listen to my concerns. Used profanity in his conversation.

WE HAVE A VERY LARGE,2,600 SQ,FT. HOME WITH MANY ROOMS SO WE DECIDED TO USE ONE OF THESE SMALLER COMPANIES IN ORDER TO SAVE MONEY. WRONG!!
