Bad service , they try to save water 2nd time went there coz they didn’t clean well first time I went there to show them they assure me they clean good this time but same thing happen.
Bad service. Paid 100$ something for star polish and thought it would be a thorough clean. It says 75-110mins on the website but they finished it in like 30mins with still visible dust and dirt. Dont waste your money and just go to Concierge carwash
The gentleman that serviced me at the counter was amazing and had a wonderful manner. I only had a basic exterior wash and was more than happy with the result.
Been coming to Star Car Wash Blacktown for years and regularly get my BMW and Mazda cleaned here. They always do an amazing job — cars come out looking spotless every time. Super convenient being able to get it done while I’m shopping, makes life easy. The staff are always friendly and great to deal with. Highly recommend.
