The team did an amazing job washing my car. They were very detailed, professional, and kind throughout the whole process. I really appreciate the care and effort they put into their work — my car looks fantastic. Highly recommend!
Employees disabled the car wash mode, went into my Spotify and other apps and even turned the volume up to 80%, blasting music and aircon through the car while washing the car. I’ve usually had good experiences here but this time it took 2 hours to wash a brand new car (only brought it in to make sure everything was spotless before tinting). I’ve usually had good experiences here and the customer service is still friendly and helpful as always. That said, I was disappointed this time. It took about 2 hours to wash a brand new car (I only brought it in to make sure everything was spotless before tinting), and while in Car Wash Mode, the settings were disabled. Went to Star Car Wash to get my car cleaned, and overall it was just okay. The car wasn’t super clean—some spots like the door seams and around the tires still had dirt. They used to be more thorough, but this time it felt like less attention was paid. Staff were okay, but the service quality isn’t as good as it used to be.
PARKING IS NOT COVERED. another review mentioned their parking was paid for but this was not the case for me, no one informed me of the parking fees associated and I had to pay an additional $30 for parking. And they didn’t even do a good job cleaning the car. I noticed multiple scratches on the driver side window that was not there before, leaves under the wiper blades and spots left uncleaned on the car. Disappointing experience to say the least.
