Bought hair spray for my braids , it was the wrong kind. On my receipt it said exchanges could be made with receipt. i didn't use the spray at all. I get to the store , she refuse to exchange it because it's a chemical. No where in the store does it state that. There is a note on the counter about no refunds on chemicals and other stuff but nothing about an exchange. I will not spend my money there ever again ! Poor customer service !
Excellent customer service. I never have to wait to be served. And she's very prompt while taking pride in her job.
