I have been coming to this establishment since 1995. Today, I purchased an Ultimate wash and I was dissatisfied. They did not wipe down my dashboard, rear view mirror, vacuum, and my tires were dry not a half hour after leaving. I called back to speak with someone and was placed on hold then hung up on. I called back and the young lady working at 3:10pm proceeded to hang ip on me 5xs! I have used STAR for vehicle detailing for our Used Car lot and I will reconsider using their services!
