Customer service lacking, in person + on phone. Promised call backs never happen! Dealer ownership dropped Buick line so I guess they figure they don't want to deal with Buick period! even cars they sold or leased. Service appointments are difficult to get in reasonable time frame. Everything needs to be scheduled. I've been driving for decades and have had a few cars serviced from dealers. They are the worst! Star pushes the customer away. That's not customer service?
