Very straightforward and honest about what was needed and what to expect - no crazy up-selling schemes or any other shady business. **** was very responsive and helpful with getting everything started through our insurance company. We had an outstanding experience with Star 1 Roofing. ****, our project manager, was excellent from start to finish and he communicated clearly, answered all our questions, and made sure everything stayed on schedule. The crew was hardworking, respectful of our property, and left everything clean at the end of the job. The new roof looks fantastic, and we feel confident in the quality of the work. Had my roof replaced by Star 1 Roofing. ****, handled communication with ease and made the complex process easy for me. On the day of repair everything was done with 12 hours. The clean up was 100% with nothing left in our yard. There were some damages on repair day that were under the existing roof. All decking repairs were completed and they filed a supplement with my Insurance. Would highly recommend Star 1 Roofing to those needing a new roof.
Absolute awesome service. Not only does the roof and gutters look great. **** and his team were awesome working with the insurance company making sure everything was covered. Highly recommend.
M att did an amazing job handling out repair from start to finish! They worked with my insurance company to make sure we received the maximum payment after we were initially short changed on the initial settlement. They completed the job in one day and left my yard cleaner than it was before the job. Highly recommend this company and M att as the project manager.
Fantastic company and very thorough. **** did a great job meeting with our insurance representative on-site to make sure all of our damage was accounted for. The actual work was completed in one day. The crew left our yard and property immaculate from a cleanup standpoint. Paperwork was all taken care of and communication throughout the process was excellent all around. Very happy with Star 1.
Highly recommend this company! **** was great managing the project. He patiently walked us through the insurance process and made himself available to answer any questions at any time. I was particularly impressed with the crew that did the work and the hands-on supervision at the site, from the beginning of the job to the very end of the cleanup! Great work, and the house looks great!
**** ***** was great to work with on my roofs. My insurance wouldn't cover roof but I knew I needed a roof as we had water coming in after every rain storm. Day of job crew showed up on time and got to work. Great process. They tarp the yard and capture everything coming off roof. ****** was PM, he came out and was monitoring job. My roof was only about 5 years old, it was so bad they had to replace some of the roof decking. During job ******.
