I have an anxious dog who struggles with vet appointments. Dr. Smith and the team at Stapleton Veterinary Hospital went out of their way to make my dog feel comfortable. They took extra time to play with him and give him treats, and they were extremely knowledgeable and patient. We are lucky to have this hospital in Stapleton!
My dog wasn't even a patient at Stapleton Vet, I had to bring him there after he passed. The staff was extremely caring and empathetic. I even received a card with wildflowers attached to plant in memory of Chess and a Rainbow Bridge poem with a print of his paw on the bottom. They went above and beyond, especially since they never saw Chess as a patient. Once I'm ready for another pet, I will definitely be returning!
Just when I think this place can't get any better, the staff here amazes me yet again. GREAT customer service, and people who truly love what they do! Dr Erin treats our 5 cats like her own. The front office staff are very accommodating, funny, and each have huge hearts. Seriously, you couldn't ask for a more perfect place to take your furbabies.
The staff here is very friendly and make you and your fur babies feel comfortable the minute you walk in the door. The Dr's give you their full attention and address all your concerns and I never feel like I'm being rushed. We love it!
