I love how each person who works at Stapleton Veterinary Hospital care about me and my dog. When my sweet Pepper was sick, Dr. Rieder took the time to explain it to me several times, since my grief made it difficult to take in. When it was her time to pass on, they helped her and helped us to be with her. Now that we have a new puppy, everyone takes the time to interact with our pup and to treat us well. We always get a check in call after the visit. Amazing, caring staff.
Everyone at the Stapleton Veterinary Hospital is "all about the ANIMALS".I got a new puppie and needed a vet for a puppie wellness exam. Got an appointment the same day with Dr. Erin Mills. I was most impressed with her Pro-active approach. She answered all my questions, provided a puppie program regarding inoculations and other preventative measures to keep my new family member healthy. This is a great veterinary hospital - welcoming and kind staff, they call the day after your visit to check on your pet. Wait time for appointments is not very long.
All of the staff here are so great with our dogs! The vets are all amazing and take great care of our dogs every time we bring them in. After every visit I receive a follow up call to see how the dogs are doing and I really appreciate that. I can almost always get the dogs in on the same day since the staff are so flexible. The vets are great at answering all questions and explaining things, I never feel rushed.
