Went in with model Number of my all in one. Told them what i needed. They sold me the wrong drive. Usless. May as well have just done it on my own threw amazon. First and last visit. Wasted my time.

After an hour of trying to print in store we were told to use the computer to print a 40 page document. We were charged $24 to do so. Customer service, and the sales manager "Jay" was extremely rude and then placed me on hold and I got no where. I spend thousands of dollars a year on office supplies and equipment... it's too bad you don't care about your customers. worst customer service than I ever experience, 12:30 January 21 in Keene NH, the lady was not interesting in her job.. I wanted to print business cards, I had some question and she didn't take the time to attend the customer, after try for more than ten minutes I give up and walk away.. we are wondering why retails are closing right?
I was at Staples yesterday and an elderly Lady asked the manager for help with the copy machine.He told her if they did it it would be a 4 hour turn around.All she wanted was for someone to show her how to make copies.I couldn't believe it! If I had know I would have shown her how. Talk about needing to up your customer service!
