I would just like to say Tera is awesome! My grandfather ordered a chair to be picked up, the headache my grandparents had in getting this chair is similar to an argument on Everybody Loves Raymond. My grandfather also has a hard time getting around and walks with a cane. Tera, with a big smile says for him to try out the chair and she'll wheel him to the door to wait while I get the car. No price match at this store! I brought a Walmart advertisement in for HP printer ink . They wouldn't match the price saying, "they don't match Walmart's prices." I read the policy prior to going to the store, and it said nothing specific about which stores it matched or didn't match. I walked out saving myself $30. I'll drive to Walmart for the ink.
If I could give them 0 stars i would. They messed my order up multiple times wasted all my paper ..then i was told staples cant print coral color correctly- so unprofessional and rude I will be sure to tell everyone how horrible staples copy and print is
