My wife who is in active duty in NY came to GA to have our son .When it was time for her to go home we decided to send ONE box 📦 which cost us 80.00 to send . She drove home on Sunday August 30th from GA to NY she arrived home that following Tuesday , there was no package . After waiting for assistance, the two people helped we were not knowledgeable about anything I needed, both the associate and tech were over talking and cutting me off not listening to what I needed, which led me to buy a printer I couldn’t even use. The assistant manager wasn't helpful or friendly at all! I left and went to Office depot. Maybe he should find another job because customer service isn't his forte at all....not a good example for the other employees!

Recommendedthe workers there are very nice
employees dont wear masks while demanding customers wear masks.... both an employee behind the counter ringing out customers and the manager wore "chin masks" while telling me I had to wear a mask even though I'm medically exempt. I will never do business with any staples again after this experience.
