Customer service was really bad did not want to give any Assistance. I need help to do a Fax and the Manager and assistant team girl would not want to help me or come from around the Counter. While D assistant manager was flirting with a woman about a watch that cost $300. I will never again go to this store.
My 84 yo computer illiterate dad was sold abt $1200 worth of computer to play solitaire and type letters on. FYI THAT'S ELDER ABUSE...😡😡😡😡shame on you staples.
I've been here a handful of times and have always had a crappy experience with this copy center. I called ahead of time regarding the laminator and it took 3 calls. and 15 total minutes of being on hold just to talk to thr woman in customer service, who then said id have to pay a rush fee for calling ahead of time to have the laminator hot enough to drop off a print to he laminated... i worked at staples 3.5 years ago, in the copy center at another location and have never heard of them charging a rush fee to prep the laminat... read more
RecommendedWeslie and everyone else in the print dept are rock stars to the tenth degree. Top quality product and amazing customer service. She went above and beyond for me during my printing "emergency".
RecommendedJust wanted to say THIS store actually cares! I had an issue with the store and filled out the survey to my surprise someone called me like 15 minutes later! I expressed my issues and the manager was super apologetic and extremely helpful and definitely went above and beyond. This kind of manager is the one that will have me as a customer for a long time. RecommendedNaomi at Chicopee Staples is a great employee. She went above and beyond helping me with a poster on foam board for a wedding seating chart. I was getting frazzled when it didn’t come over from my laptop to the store. After phone calls and a trip to the store and her hand written instructions for my , I have what I need. It looks great and will be great at the wedding. Thanks so much.
I went and took my adult coloring books to get spiral bound. They messed them up totally. When I called to talk to manager he hung up on me twice. Never take your books or anything to be spiral bound. They have ppl working there that are not trained on their jobs. Don’t have a clue what they are doing. Calling corporate Monday.
