I have never been in a store that wasn’t so busy but had customers wait so long. They don’t greet the customers, no sense of urgency, and they act like zombies. I went to this location on 12/3/20 around 7pm and left close to 8pm just waiting on someone to print one piece of paper. I was thinking my God people no one taught you how to multitask?! It’s a new dawn in the USA, but one thing remains - Staples sucks. It can’t handle its shipments and refuses to stand by its services. I lost some sentimental and valuable presents shipped to my son. It arrived pilfered and Staples chose not to help in any way. Stay away from Staples. This was sent from Brattleboro to Pittsburgh.
They hassled me today about wearing a mask. I spend a lot of money in staples but they themselves put an end to that today! Won't be back!
