I went to return a $20 gps holder for a windshield. The employee told me there wasn't one in the box. The best they could do was give me a $10 store credit because of the 14 day return policy. This item was unopened and had a receipt. This place is a joke. I will not bother going back ever again.

I ordered a router from the online Staples store to be delivered to the local Staples store the next day. When the order was processed I was told it would be delivered to my home address in a week. I called to have the order canceled but was told I can't cancel orders until after 3pm. So I call back and was ASSURED the order was canceled. I went out and bought a replacement. Today, the router was delivered to my address and the Staples customer service is giving me the run-around on returning it. I've made 2 online purchases... read more

It's good these days that you can put a company on blast for horrible customer service. I ordered an office chair. The website said it was in stock and that it would be delivered to my neighborhood Staples in 3 days. THE CHAIR WAS NEVER IN STOCK. I waited 3 days past the delivery date to call my neighborhood Staples, who hadn't received it. I called customer service and found that the order had been cancelled, but no one bothered to inform me, this after I had already given away my old office chair. THANKS ALOT STAPLES!!!!
