I went to use the computer and print out 4 copies. The printer wasn't working, so I ask one of the workers if he can help me he ignored me. Remind you they still charging me so when he finally came over let 40 minute later he call the manager over so he can fix the problem and refund me some of my money. I waited an extra 25 minutes for him to just refund me only $7.00 back. Never would I go back to this place
I went to have business cards made today. The manager of that particular area ignored my numerous requests for assistance. I have bilateral carpal tunnel and needed help. I’ll never shop there again. #Trumpism �
There is never anyone around and when you find someone and ask for help they look like they are annoyed by you
Everything with the fax machines pretty much worked correctly. That said, I can't imagine who thought the sloppily copied (4th or 5th generation, lopsided, grainy) cover sheets are acceptable for a copy and printing service. Similarly, several signs in that section of the store are several generations removed from the original and/or printed with handwritten corrections (of typos and price changes) or are handwritten to begin with.
