I always take my PC to the Tech Support and I have never had any problems. They take care of my PC. I have been coming here for 4 years and I have never had any problems .
It is no wonder that their stores are closing. Every time I come in here it is such a disappointment.
soooo I come here frequently, specifically the print center. its a good price and they can usually handle ALL of my needs quickly and politely. there is a new young lady here named Verlina, and her level of customer service is disgraceful. I have been here about 15m now and she hasn't even acknowledged me or the customer ahead of me. I should have spent my money next door to Best Buy! I purchased a kindle fire 7 at the Peachtree City store on Black Friday. Today I tried to exchange to after discovering that it doesn't work.
