I placed an order with Staples on 1/28 and estimated delivery is on 2/4. 30 mins after I received their order confirmation, the order Status on their website shows the estimated delivery date as invalid date. I contacted their representative via online chat the same day, and the representative assured me that I will get my order on 2/4 as planned. I bought around 33 hand sanitizers ****** from 3 Different Staples stores on Feb 6 and guess what when I got home I figured out those are expired 4/2017.... from 2017 and now is 2020 how could it possible happens??? Nothing else they can do for me beside I can or have to return and get money back... So waste my time and my gasssssss.

I was at staples on king st in Waterloo this morning and the associate Crystal was less than helpful. She made me do everything I had already done and tried online. Very frustrating as I had a wonderful experience at a different staples several years ago.
