This is against staples. I brought a phone in to have a cracked screen replaced.. When my father picked it up he brought to me. When I turned it on it wasn't working right. I brought it back and when I left the second time it was not only not fixed but they stripped the screws so they do not go all the way in. When I contacted headquarters they the paper was signed saying everything was fine so it was my problem The person I talked to even had an attidude

Staples is certainly sorry that you have had issues at the store with repair and replacement of phone. However there is a process in which store can process replacement or fix phones . You declined that option for us to be able to fix and make right. We cannot determine or refund anything until our 3rd party reviews item to determine the damages.
This is in regards to a rebate filed in Oct. I filed the rebate, gave it 6-to 10 weeks. Never received the rebate, so contacted the rebate center, resubmitted the forms, they told me I did not qualify, when I questioned that, i was told to resubmit they could not read the PDF, (so I was lied to and just dismissed)now they are telling me, I submitted to late. So Staples must be doing bad if $41.00 is more important to the company than honoring a rebate that was file-with a confirmation during the correct time period.

I purchased a ******* chair (*** ******) from Staples at Preston & Forest in Dallas, TX 75244 on Dec. 12, 2010. After using it at home for just a few months, the brown faux leather finish peels off quite easily. It comes off in bits that go everywhere. It is dangerous to have around a home because children and pets could ingest the peelings, so I stopped using it and wrapped the chair in cloth to prevent further disintegration of the brown finish covering the chair. We were promised 2-day free delivery of an item that was not in stock in store. After a few days, we got email confirmation of delivery in about 10 days and cancelled the order. The order was cancelled, the item was never shipped to us, but Staples refuses to issue the refund until they move the product back to their warehouse- which has so far taken over 2 weeks. They are liars and are also behaving dishonestly with our money.

I tried to purchase a ****** 2 which they had advertised online. But, they had it was only available to purchase in the store. But, there were no stores available to purchase it outside of a 100 radius. I asked them to take the product offline if you can’t purchase it online or in a store. Who the hell want to drive over 100 mikes to purchase this.

Staples shipped us the wrong toner for our ***l printer. I called customer service and gave them the exact item number that was incorrect. The agent shipped the exact same wrong toner again! Then I was told they would not send me a label to return the incorrect item- that it is my responsibility to return the item.

I placed an order for various electronics as part of their 'Cyber Monday' special. After successfully completing the transaction, I was sent confirmation emails for the orders. 12-hours later, when all the Cyber Monday deals were expired, Staples sent me an email stating that the items I ordered are out of stock and that the transactions had been cancelled. Purchased a ******** Chair Brown on 1/12/14. Item number *********. This chair has a 5 year or so they say. When I called them, Staples told me they would only give me a portion of my purchase back. Recently our son was diagnoised with ******. Our insuranced denied any attempt to get our son therapy. We have had to apply for ******** waivers and childrens special health services insurance. I needed to have some forms that were missing faxed right away.
