I ordered drop down ceiling titles. It came with very poor packaging. Tiles delivered damaged. Now have struggle with customer service and return of such a heavy and bulky item. Very inconvenient.

I was emailed a promotional coupon by Staples for $20 off $100 worth of merchandise. I put more than $100 worth of items in the cart, but at check out several items were declared out of stock, and the discount was removed. I consider this a bait-and-switch tactic and called Staples customer service to ask that the $20 discount be applied to my remaining balance. Customer service offered only to restore the original offer of $20 off $100. This is a classic case of luring in customers with an offer the business has no intentio... read more

Staples apologizes for the inconvenience the customer has experienced. We have been in touch with the customer and a new coupon with no limits was send based on the conversation. The coupon was received and will allow the customer to place an order with no restrictions in regards to amount spend with the order.

This is a duplicate post. I was supposed to have gotten a confirmation email, and I didn't, and no way to know if I misspelled the address. I ordered a printer, and I got the printer I ordered, on time. That is all I can say that is good. The fact that neither before nor after I placed the order was I given a single clue how or when my order would get to me necessitated two calls to customer service. Both times I got people in ************** who could barely speak English and knew nothing about anything. Today I received my ... read more

On the staples website it states that they have a 110% price match guarantee (staples would match ****** price plus 10% of the difference), however, when I asked for a price match they price matched it equally to ****** without the extra 10% of the difference. 110% price match guarantee is a lie. Should not have wasted my time and gas buying at Staples. Should have just bought it on ******. So buyers beware.

Purchased a chair for just under $200 that promised next day delivery. Received the item 6 days later in a box that looked like had been a child's playhouse. The chair was clearly used with a huge crack in the plastic piece under the seat. The only thing new on that was the receipt. Called my local store, since I obviously didn't trust *********** after sending me this piece of junk. Spoke with a guy, their "specialist", that seemed nice enough who reached out to *********** on my behalf to get a replacement chair. He assure... read more
