Elenora deserves 5 stars! Her customer services skills were amazing and she helped me so much. She even called me to let me know my prints were ready, and when I made a mistake on my own behalf she helped me fix it. 5 stars to her and the print and marketing section 💕💕
the worse service ever! the Mgr. Rob was not willing to help. he could care less. purchased an HP printer in Sept and because it was 2 months old there was NOTHING he could. the HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 terrible investment - do NOT waste your money. I will take my business elsewhere. will NEVER use Staples again. I left the printer at the desk thats how horrible it was
Tried to get them to recover a document on my computer and they barely looked at it before declaring they couldn’t fix it. The rude manager then when I walked away decided to tell me that I was being rude when I was clearly upset about not being able to recover my document in front of the whole store. I can understand why they are filing for bankruptcy

Woburn is better. Associates are more knowledge
The worst service. Not even a hello when I walked in. At least the young lady at the check out was very apologetic .
