RecommendedWent in today to buy a lap top . Everyone is genuinely kind and friendly. I was helped out by Merrick , he made sure to answer all my questions and help me find the best computer for my needs. I enjoyed my experience , it wasn’t as overwhelming as I thought it would be . I only had shredding to drop off and as soon as a staff member was available I was taken care of very professionally and she even helped me stuff the bin with my papers.
The people who work here are nice and friendly, but DO NOT print holiday cards here. Mine were run twice and they are still incorrect. They are overloaded with orders; and you can tell they are stressed that your order is wrong, want to make it right, but don’t have the time or don’t know how to do it. When I went to pick up the second set I was nervous but thought they would turn out better. I can't speak for every store but your Sports Arena Blvd store has the worst customer service ever. Every time I place an online order and attempt to pick it up the order is never ready as you advertise on your site, the customer service agents seem to be bothered or put off that I want to pick my order up.I almost always have to go get my items off the shelf myself after a 10 -15 minute wait. People place online in store pick up orders for a quick convenient process not the frustrating rude experience your store provides.
I'm a disabled person and was shopping at you store 2 weeks ago. When I entered the store I ask the cashier where I should leave my bag, I left it at her station. I then proceeded to compare shop for headphones, I was approached by someone in a yellow shirt whom I perceived as management I told him what I was looking for and was not offered any help from him.
