The female manager of this store & her young male employee in the copy/printing department were AMAZING at quickly printing the flyers for my missing great nephew in Indianapolis. On Saturday, Aug. 17, 2019, I was an emotional, worried lady who needed copies made. They took care of my needs very professionally & compassionately. Thank God my nephew walked up to a police officer asking him to help him. He was safe after 28 hours of missing! The Southport, IN Staples store is collecting signatures for the Southport Police Department in memory of Lt. Aaron Allen who was shot down in the line of duty. Thanks, Staples, for being a good neighbor.
Went in on 7/14/16 at around 4 PM. Staples employee told me it would take 2-3 hours to laminate a normal-sized poster. I understand that an older laminator takes a little while to warm-up, but not 2-3 hours. Went to Office Max on US 31 and they did it for me in about 20 minutes. I'm thinking the little guy at the copy center just didn't want to do it?????!!!!!!
They get a 1 from me today because they wouldn't make a few copies for me without my phone number!! I went elsewhere and ended up not doing any shopping while I was there.
