Went to staples in St. George, Utah to purchase a laptop. Sales rep. was honest and let me know he had doubts that what was currently in stock in the store was barely suitable for my high ends immediate needs if at all. I purchased one anyways and he was correct. Upon returning the item Krystin was very helpful and professional and went out of her way to help me as I am on vacation and 1500 miles from home.
