My 18 year old shipped a package via UPS from Staples. Not staples policy to let him know if package not sufficient or to ask if he would like any additional insurance. Lost 6 - 800.00 dollars in merchandise. They say they are sorry. Won't even payout the standard 100.00 insurance. Complete bullshit!!!!
I have bought my very last item at staples and will never set foot in a staples store again. When I buy an item and have a receipt, I would expect ANY business to honor a return regardless of how long ago I bought that item.
