I have never been in a store that wasn’t so busy but had customers wait so long. They don’t greet the customers, no sense of urgency, and they act like zombies. I went to this location on 12/3/20 around 7pm and left close to 8pm just waiting on someone to print one piece of paper. I was thinking my God people no one taught you how to multitask?! Great customer service, employees placing pallets of water out, was given a carriage, got my water. No lines and friendly staff can't ask for more.
Today I go like 8 pm, when I require a service, they tell me if I have a record and I say no. The employee tells me that she has to make me one, I do not have to give my personal information for a service because I am going to pay. You know I left. The worst system I've ever seen.
Just had an amazing experience at Staples. With an error on my part concerning a misprint on a color copy, the CSR totally helped me out, reprinted and didn't make me feel horrible in the process! I LOVE great customer service. Thanks again!!!
