Took an amazon return package to Staples in Ames, Iowa the employee behind the counter whispered something, couldn't hear her asked her to repeat what she said, she whispered again, told her to speak up, very rude employee then she finally spoke up, no labels till Wednesday or Thursday, took package back Thursday, same employee whispered again, told her to speak up, no label for returning amazon package. Last month I took a passport photo in Staples. I took the package with two hard copy and soft copy on USB drive. I was a bit busy and didn’t have chance to check the USB drive. Few days ago, I opened the drive to save the picture and store another document into the drive. But I couldn’t find any picture stored there.
