Forced to use Staples because if corporate contract rates. Someone needs to get a handle on the inventory. Everything I went in for was empty. Waited on customer service help for 20 minutes. I can order myself, this is 2017. I had over $100 worth of other items. Frustrated left and went down the road to Office Depot. No contract, paid more, but I got what I needed (customer service & product).

I was so impressed by the service and selection of school supplies. School starts in three days and they had everything except plastic folders with brads. These are always difficult to find so I don't hold it against them. Great job!
Don't bother to use a coupon at this store! They don't honor them. Try Office Depot instead.
