After a couple of stores, I called to see if Staples had an item. Alex was more then helpful on the phone and in the store! Not only showing me where the item was, but also giving me a discount for all my troubles! You rock Alex!
I love my friendly neighborhood Staples. They are prompt in greeting me and professional in meeting my needs.
I went into the store yesterday and when I checked out the cashier did not greet me. I sid Hi to him and he said "I was just over there". I waited in line for 4 minutes with no acknowledgement that he would be right there. Granted he was helping someone but treating me like a real customer goes a long way for me.
Have had nothing but great and friendly service from the staples store at 1849 Marketplace dr. Caledonia Mi. everytime we have gone there.
