Left the residents at Holly Spring in Capitol Heights MD without responding to calls, emails etc. DONT TRUST THEM WORST BUIlDER EVER.

Newly built homes got delayed for months because the company didn't have their paperwork done properly. After purchase they have been impossible to contact. About a week ago I found out they filed for bankruptcy, DIDN'T TELL ANYBODY. The builder app doesn't work anymore, they seem to have shut down their phone and have zero consideration for the people they've sold homes to. No idea what will happen to our warranty as some of their work is starting to fall apart.

Stanton View is responsible for poorly built Condo/town homes in the District of Columbia . Our homes were built only 5 years ago and they are already crumbling due to a poor foundation and being poorly built. After a structural engineering report, we are now forced to relocate and evacuate our homes due to dangerous living conditions and as a home owner, this is a nightmare! They should be banned from building anywhere and charged criminally . Do not get your home built from them , they do not have your best interest.
