The deals they offer are smoke and mirrors. You wait 2 hours with appointment and they dont explain or help you at all. When you go to checkout they explain hidden fees when questioned. Rude sales manager that unhelpful and doesnt know
Same day pick up for delivery, superb service! When we walked in to pick them up, Melissa already had them at the counter! Alyssa was wonderful handling the horde of customers that were in without making anyone feel left out. Will be going back for sure!
My frames were completely rotted my arms on my glasses were completely broken and Stanton optical took good care of me that's why I've been there with them for almost 10 years
Great experience at Stanton Optical. I had a last minute walk in eye exam. Very quick and easy and worked with my insurance rates. Professional staff and great customer service with Alyssa and Melissa!
The staff was extremely nice and the tech Alyssa was lovely to talk to and was very helpful. The sales rep seemed to kinda push extra options which bothered me a bit. The 2 for $79 deal is nice but the options they have are VERY limited and rather ugly with most being too small for me. From there the price jumps up quite a bit. With $90 off via insurance, the $130 pair I went with came out to almost $200 after lenses, coating, and the exam.
