I scheduled the appointment online, and the initial part went well; they examined my eyes and my glasses. In total, I waited over an hour before being called into the exam room, only to find out the consultation would be virtual. That was fine, but... she swapped the lens for one eye just once, asked if it was better, and—after I said yes—immediately moved on to the other eye. Called yesterday on Labor Day as I needed an emergency appointment due to my frames being broke. They said they took Guardian when I called but unfortunately upon arrive they informed me they don't take Guardian. A little frustrating. They do the exam virtually, I was a little hesitant to do that as I wasn't sure how accurate it would be. Anyhow after the exam Carlos helped me find the perfect pair of frames. And gave a wonderful discount. Carlos made the experience at Stanton Optical a 5 star experience. Highly recommend!
They are absolutely a bunch of crooks. You get herded in like a bunch of cattle and dont even see an eye doctor in person. As for same day eye glasses...bull. Waited over 2 weeks and ended up with a canceled order. Edit: Since there was an actual reply I'll add more. The lady named Melissa was very rude when I called to check the status of my glasses. So rude that she hung up on me mid sentence after I told her to cancel my order and absolutely NO ONE answered the phone when I would try to make contact again to verify I woul... read more
