Ellias I hope i pronounce his name correctly, he was very helpful!! I went to see if I can get a frame replacement, once we found frames that fit lens it made my day.. He was patient, and honest I recommend 10/10 .. I will be back soon :)
Got the prescription glasses in 30 min!!!!! My Mother in law lost her glasses and everyday without a pair was uncomfortable for her. We did the eye exam, the staff was incredibly helpful during the eye exam, they went above and beyond to make the exam most comfortable and get the best prescription for her. We selected the frames and we got the glasses within 30 minutes! They had an offer and we got 2 glasses with the eye exam in $79! Very happy!
I still have yet to be refunded for the incorrect lens they shipped to me. I had to ship them back. I called 3 different people, they all said they would call me back. They didn’t. At this point I might just take the loss of $300+. I never write reviews but I had to. The lack of help and how many times I have to call to get help is insane. Very upset
One of the male assistants told me the optometrist was, in effect, unqualified to diagnose and prescribe eye drop medicine for common eye infections. He told me I should just go to the ER. It seemed they were well behind in their appointments. This was very disheartening and bad advice. But could it be true, and if so, why then is the optometrist practicing optometry? An inquiry with the CSBO (California State Board of Optometry) is timely. Avoid.
