I had the pleasure of Angel assisting me with my glasses. He is very polite, friendly and helpful. I recommend this facility to everyone! I am definitely returning no question about it.
Low talking sales people, all 3, hard to hear, and many my questions diverted or clearly avoided. Very slow in store both before and after order fast glasses delivery though, made overnight! But lower quality than over counter readers. Don’t recommend for one vision glasses.
Had a 6:30 appointment for an eye exam. Arrived at 6:30 and waited in the lobby for 15mins before I was greeted by the one person in the building. She informed me the person who does the exams already left. I asked her why would they schedule me an appointment for a time when there’s nobody to service me? No answer, just tried to schedule me for the next day, I won’t be returning.
Employees complained the whole time that there were customers in the building at 6 pm despite being open until 7 pm. One female in particular was the most obnoxious. Making statements in ear shot saying "I'm off at 6 but I guess I'm not going home since there's 4 people here". Super uncomfortable and unprofessional.
I came in confused regarding the pricing and how it’s applied to my needs. That’s when I met Brandon and he was so patient with me as I ask so many questions. He is so passionate in what he does and how he goes above and beyond to provide a clear understanding of it all. Thank you so much Brandon . Murphy Canyon Location was Great.
