Alot of reviews are from people who didn't get what they wanted not actual experiences . We as a society that relies on reviews that are false because someone was having a bad day or twist words around not realizing that they're actually jeopardizing people's jobs. Do NOT go here. It’s easy to gloss over negative reviews, but please, for the love of God, do not go here. They DO NOT take Tricare, regardless of what their website says. I only booked an appointment here because of that. There is no onsite Optometrist. It is done by Zoom OR by a random “technician” with no professional training I told the employee (Jasmine) that I was using Tricare before anything was done. Her response was “Oh! The service, guidance & friendliness were all beyond my imagination. Jasmine & Jenna took care of me & they both went into overtime to make sure I didn’t leave without my glasses. I could not be more thankful for their time & effort. A major shout out to Jasmine for walking us through our insurance coverage - despite it being the end of day. THANK YOU both! This was customer service at its best!
Very disappointed with my experience today, was baited to make an appointment here because of the $79 deal for a free eye exam + 2 pairs of glasses. Was asked when I went to take the eye exam if I also wanted to do a contact lens exam in addition, eye exam ($79)+ contact exam($40) = $119 not a bad deal for both exams and two free pairs of glasses.
