I came in town to visit and ended up losing a contact lens so I went to Walmart and another local eye doctor and wasn’t able to get any help but when I called here at Stanton optical and spoke with Elias, I was able to get a trial pair of contacts to get me back home so they were very helpful and I really appreciate it
I got flawless and fantastic service and treatment at the Stonecrest Murphy Canyon Stanton Optical location today. Dr. Houchin was unbelievably precise, efficient, astute, personable, and on top of everything, she immediately detected that I had WMD and gave me instructions on treatment options and stressed the need for me to continue to see a retina specialist. This place is a joke. There are no optometrists in the building so your eye exam will be through video call. Which I didn’t mind at first until it was so loud on their his end. I could hear people laughing, coughing, and talking really loud in the background the whole time during the eye exam. I told the optometrist that it was really loud and he simply ignored me. They completely messed up my prescription and were hesitant to refund my eye exam went to somewhere with real doctors instead of remote doctors like at this place and they corrected it and actually explained what was going on with my vision and changes in my prescription. Avoid this place like the plague.
Great experience. Got 2 pairs and an exam for $79. Emma was very helpful!
