They open at 9:00am, yet as of 9:33am they still weren’t open…My appointment was at 9:15am. The techs were waiting outside with me because the person that is supposed to open was not there. Came here for a contact prescription. They first tried pushing biweekly contacts even though I've used daily contacts for years and refused multiple times. After getting my prescription and ordering contacts from Costco, I come to find out that they gave me a biweekly prescription despite me asking multiple times for daily use contacts. They took a week to get the initial prescription fixed, but then got the base curve wrong on the second prescription, which took another few days and several phone calls and emails to fix. I came to Stanton Optical because of their advertisement that clearly states **$79 for two pairs of glasses and a free eye exam, same day**. I do not have insurance, and this offer is the ONLY reason I chose this location. From the beginning, things did not add up. I told the doctor upfront that I was on a tight budget, did not care about fashion, and only needed the **cheapest glasses to be able to drive**. I ordered a pair of glasses on January 6th and supposed to be ready in two weeks! After 22 days Still waiting to get a call!!!
