The doctor is not on site. It is a telehealth situation. The doctor went so fast. I couldn’t hardly give him an answer to the questions. He was asking me, and when I asked him to slow down because it was overwhelming, he just continued, and then instead of asking me if it was better or worse, he would tell me which one was supposed to be better or worse and then I asked him questions during the exam he did not want to answer. Extremely disappointed in this business not only is the advertisement a scam to get you in but they dont stand behind there products i bought two frames at $220 and a pair I only wore about 4x broke around the lense I had this pair less than 3 weeks and they would not replace my broke frames unless I paid $40 at the d time that's all I had to my name and to be able to see i had to pay it I will never recommend this place to anyone they do not stand behind their products and most are expensive frames that are obviously cheap ... read more
I've never made a review of a place before but I think this constituents. Absolutely worst experience I've had. Website says same day I go in and he says it will be no longer than a week, here we are 2 weeks later still no glasses!!!! Like if its gonna take that long at least tell me and not lie to me!!! Then when I called the guy on the phone tried to lie about the day I came in to justify the time. So frustrating!!!!
Best experience I had at an eye doctors. The guy I was working with had the best customer service and very helpful. Will be back next year!
actually horrible not a proper eye exam place got my frames completely wrong even tho they have it written down or in their system so i had to say something they also gave my mothers glasses to the wrong person and didnt even bother trying to get them back when that lady said she doesnt think theyre hers lol just not a very professional place they dont have an actual doctor its a random guy over a screen and the video call or whatever it is fails alot
