Service was amazing! ESPECIALLY because for a solid minute there was only one person present. The woman who checked me in for my appointment took off without saying anything, then the woman who was working in the front came and asked me if I needed help. She got me set up and when a third woman came back from lunch she then assisted me while the second went back to help the folks she had to put on pause for me. I was waaaaay overdue for new glasses. I went in on a whim and Brittany greeted my sister and I and got us started. The two for $79 special was going on. We each got an exam. And I left with the first of two pair of glasses same day. What a difference. Thank you to Brittany and Maya and Carolina and Chris for you patience, your professionalism and good after care when my second pair needed a quick adjustment. I will recommend and I will come back in the future as well.
I’m only doing 5 stars because of Bryanna— because even if she was alone helping and dealing with everyone in the clinic (around 6 people waiting in total), she remained composed and maintained excellent customer service. She took her time explaining to the clients with a very positive attitude, she showed no clue that she was getting overwhelmed. Lodi branch needs to make sure there’s enough staff helping people.
Concern Regarding Incorrect Prescription & Lack of Response I am disappointed with my experience at Stanton Optical in Lodi, CA. I visited on August 8, 2024, for an eye exam and ended up needing multiple visits and two exams, yet I still received an incorrect prescription. After experiencing discomfort and irritation in my eyes while wearing my glasses and contact lenses, I developed weird reaction to the contacts.
