Christopher had great customer service, helpful quick efficient. They definitely need a receptionist to help the flow of incoming calls and walk in clients seemed a little understaffed.
Loved this place! Everyone was super nice and helpful, she had my glasses done in 30 min same day!!
I waited 2 hours in the lobby ,for excuse after excuse, very unprofessional and rude. Came in to get new contacts. 1st customer in the store just to watch a dozen walk in and be helped before me
The location in Lodi has horrible customer service. I went in a day after getting my glasses because the lenses did not fit properly in the frame, and the glasses were too loose and wouldn't stay on my face if I looked down. I went in to have them looked at and adjusted and was told by the guy in the front that he couldn't answer questions or examine the glasses because an optometrist was not present. I am the Partner AnnaLisa talked about in a previous review Regarding the same situation. I feel let down and disappointed with the situation. I was supposed to get glasses mid April and finally at the end of May they came in. (Side note we came from the Bay Area several different times to check on the order, once even I was messaged the glasses were there, but it was just the frame) After waiting so long my prescription was completely wrong.
