I am the Partner AnnaLisa talked about in a previous review Regarding the same situation. I feel let down and disappointed with the situation. I was supposed to get glasses mid April and finally at the end of May they came in. (Side note we came from the Bay Area several different times to check on the order, once even I was messaged the glasses were there, but it was just the frame) After waiting so long my prescription was completely wrong. I’m sad to post a negative review because I loved this Stanton for my glasses, so much that I recommend them to my partner. He had his appointment on March 28th, one month later he still doesn’t have his glasses, he’s called multiple times and they say they will call the lab and call him back, and they do not call back. I understand that they might be contacting the lab and asking them a question in the lab did not call back, but in that case, they should call and let us know that the lab has not been communicating with them... read more
Service was amazing! ESPECIALLY because for a solid minute there was only one person present. The woman who checked me in for my appointment took off without saying anything, then the woman who was working in the front came and asked me if I needed help. She got me set up and when a third woman came back from lunch she then assisted me while the second went back to help the folks she had to put on pause for me. I was waaaaay overdue for new glasses. I went in on a whim and Brittany greeted my sister and I and got us started. The two for $79 special was going on. We each got an exam. And I left with the first of two pair of glasses same day. What a difference. Thank you to Brittany and Maya and Carolina and Chris for you patience, your professionalism and good after care when my second pair needed a quick adjustment. I will recommend and I will come back in the future as well.
