1 star because the staff were nice and my prescription is great other than that I had a very negative experience . I went in there did the eye exam, picked out glasses and ordered contacts the whole time thinking they accepted my insurance because that’s what I was told over the phone from their call center . I didn’t have my ID so they weren’t able to run in the insurance at first and they gave me an alternative to get a free exam if I bought two glasses totaling $79 so I agreed to this . Jennifer and the others were very helpful. Just came back from Korea and broke my glasses at the airport and needed glasses soon. Same day eye exam and great service. Good conversation too. Will definitely recommend others to go to Stanton in Lodi
Beware, they tend to lure customers and charge the more than mentioned!! I called in before visiting and asked them for pricing of eye exam. The mentioned that because I have this XX insurance they give discount and $80 eye exam would be $25 since it is out of network for me. I went in to do the exam as they mentioned they take walk-ins. They never mentioned that the doctor will be virtual until you actually go for the exam.
