I had a great experience with Maya. She was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire process. She assisted me with putting in my contact lenses and also helped administer my eye test. She took the time to answer my questions, made me feel comfortable, and provided excellent customer service. UPDATE : Thank you to the sales manager at this location for reaching out to me and fixing the problem! Very happy with how fast she resolved my issue!! (: ..... "2 stars because I recently went in to get some new frames ordered ... I ordered the same pair of frames (I thought) but the lady failed to tell me she ordered a different color which is NOT what I wanted ...
