Made an appointment online. Seemed easy. Drug my teenager out of bed before 9 am on summer break to DRIVE 31 minutes to get there because I do not live in town. There is no Optometrist in my town but I will go to wal mart from now on because when I got there there, after waiting for a good 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge us, they then told me that they don't KNOW if they can see my son today because they are waiting for IT to call them back. The exam started out great until the machines stopped working. Three other employees were trying to fix the issue, but the lady in scrubs running my test got super mad and started snapping at everyone. It was pretty uncomfortable, especially since I had to finish the exam alone in the room with her right after she went off on her coworkers. Weird experience and not very professional.

I was under the impression my glasses were 2 pair for $79 dollars. Although my eye exam on 6-29-26 was free I didn’t get my glasses the same day in fact I’m still waiting on them, receipts shows delivery in 2 weeks… The ads on TV and written flyers state 2 pair for $79 and wait time about 30 mins for glasses. My total got for my 2 pair was $428…….although the staff was nice once I get my glasses I will not go back. Very disappointed……
I came in a few days ago, to see if I could find the glasses I wanted. Jennifer approached me with a kind smile and a positive attitude. She answered all my questions and helped me get the right glasses! Im definitely going to come back!
