Cris was so awsome today!!! I was in and out with my son's glasses. I was looking to get a small repair and he worked his magic!! Great costumer service.
I was helped by Maya and she was extremely professional and courteous. Store was clean and test was quick!
Called to schedule an appointment and made a point of asking if they took my insurance. The person that I spoke with said that they did. I walked all the way there to have them tell me that they don't take my insurance. I stated that I confirmed it with them over the phone. She responded by shaking her head and telling me it wasn't them that it was the call center. I bought 2 pair of glasses. The sunglasses had to be sent out. They lost them. After a month I contacted the store. The owner appoligized and refunded more than I expected. I have been going there for the last 3 yrs and will still do business with them. Great store, Great deals
